Rewind Deals internal SMS program

This Privacy Policy covers Rewind Deals’ internal sales-alert and coordination program operated with an AI assistant, for authorized team members who choose to participate.

Information we collect and use

We collect participant names, mobile numbers, web-form consent records and submission timestamps, message content, delivery records, and messaging preferences. We use this information to send sales-inquiry alerts, request item information or business decisions, receive replies, provide support, and manage consent and opt-outs.

Service providers and sharing

Twilio processes SMS delivery and message records. The AI and computing services used to operate the program may process messages and relevant business context to provide the requested assistance. Authorized Rewind Deals personnel may review messages for business coordination and support.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be disclosed to service providers as needed to operate the program or when legally required.

Records and security

Web enrollment submissions and consent records are kept privately. The blank web form and program policies are publicly accessible for review. We limit access to program records to those who need them for operation and support and retain records as needed to operate the program, document consent and opt-outs, resolve issues, and meet applicable obligations. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive personal information by SMS.

Your choices

Participation is optional. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of program information, subject to records we need to retain for consent, suppression, or applicable obligations.
